Jackie Lorenz of NYC is running in the 2010 Philadelphia Marathon, November 21, to benefit PKS Kids in honor of Jake Zane.  Jackie has run numerous marathons and is touched by what a fighter Jake is and decided to help PKS Kids.

As many of you may already know, I have run 4 marathons to raise funds for charities close to my heart. Since I grew up in Philly, I have selected to run the 2010 Philadelphia Marathon in Honor of Jake Zane and for all kids with PKS or who may be diagnosed in the future. I am sure most of you do not know anything about PKS. I did not know of this disease until someone asked my family last year to donate to the cause. After reading about PKS on their website, I knew I had to do something to help these courageous kids. It's about the KIDS!
I am asking you to please support this cause with me so they can help other families and continue their research. I will do my part and run 26.2 miles with a smile and hopefully with Art by my side. Please donate what you can and don't forget to ask your HR department if they can match your donation as it will make a big difference. I know I can always count on your support.
